Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. The Gift Genie wants all our customers to be truly happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase.  All returned items must be in new and in the same condition that you received it.  Please let us know if the items were delivered damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 - 7 business days.  Please allow time for processing.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email info@thegiftgenie.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your products to 9424 NW 46th Street, Sunrise, FL 33351.  Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
